A CNC machine, a laser, and a love for making things that matter.

SieCraft started in a garage in Orlando with one CNC router, a lot of cedar scraps, and an obsession with making things by hand. What began as a side passion quickly became a full workshop when customers kept coming back — and bringing their friends.

Today we run a 2×2 CNC router and an xTool D1 Pro laser engraver, producing custom wood signs, personalized tumblers, memorial pieces, and anything else a customer can dream up. Every order is personal. Every piece is made by hand.

How long does an order take? +
Standard orders are ready in 3–5 business days. Rush orders (48-hour turnaround) are available for an additional 28% fee. We'll confirm the timeline when you place your order. Local pickup is always available in Orlando.
Can I see a design before you start? +
Absolutely — and we require it. Every order gets a free digital design proof within 24 hours of placing your order. We don't cut a single piece until you've reviewed and approved the design. Revisions are included.
What wood types do you use? +
We work with pine (classic, affordable), cedar (great for outdoors — naturally weather resistant), walnut (premium, dark grain — best for indoor display), bamboo (cutting boards, coasters), and cast acrylic (LED signs, keychains). We'll recommend the best wood for your specific project.
Do you do bulk or corporate orders? +
Yes! We love bulk orders. Discounts start at 3+ pieces: 5% off 3–4 pieces, 10% off 5–9 pieces, 15% off 10+ pieces. For large corporate orders, realtors, and recurring clients, contact us directly for custom pricing.
What if I don't like the finished piece? +
If we made an error compared to the approved proof, we remake it at zero cost. Custom personalized items are non-refundable (as they can't be resold), but if the fault is ours, we make it right. Period.
Can I send you a photo or logo to engrave? +
Yes! Send us your logo, a photo, or any artwork and we'll process it for engraving. For photos (pet portraits, memorial portraits), we convert them to a high-contrast engravable format. Best results come from clear, high-resolution images with good contrast.
How do I pay? +
We accept Cash, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, Square (all major cards), and check. We require a 50% deposit to begin production, with the balance due upon completion before pickup or shipping.
Do you ship or is it pickup only? +
Both. Local pickup is available in Orlando (free). We also ship anywhere in the US via USPS or UPS. Shipping costs depend on the size and weight of your piece — we'll give you an exact shipping quote before finalizing your order.
